• Communication to all parties with any amendments and additional costs
• Guarantee that all final event costs are received prior to event

Event

• Dedicated hotel event contact to meet and greet.
• Ensure a member of the hotel team is available for duration of event.
• Event Room is set up and available at least 30 minutes before the event begins
• All equipment is checked and in working order prior to the event
• Event schedule met as agreed.
• Events breaks will be scheduled at the pre-agreed times.
• Event Room is serviced during breaks
• Prompt response to your events needs
• Communication of all messages promptly in your desired format.
• Immediate response to all quires raised on the day of the event

Post Event

• Every invoice will clearly and accurately reflect final cost.
• Post event call welcoming and valuing feedback and future business
